Co-founder

Maria Scotland

Barrister, arbitrator and mediator

Maria was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1995 and has over 30 years’ experience as a barrister specialising in family law: private children work, including finances for children and finances on the breakdown of a relationship, often with an international element. She has been ranked in The Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners and listed in the Spear’s 500 as a Top Recommended family law barrister, for many years. She is a qualified financial arbitrator and an accredited civil mediator.

Creating this space for litigants in person and for anyone who needs documents for family court proceedings, has been a project of passion. She hopes you will benefit from it.

Maria's practice at the Bar is separate from RemedyReady. Buying from RemedyReady does not make you her client and she does not advise on or review the documents you make here.
